The Center of Advanced Manufacturing & Customized Training is a resource hub and point-of-contact for training and workforce development needs for manufacturing clusters in our state, such as petroleum refining, food processing, waste water treatment. The Center offers innovative curriculum, advanced labs and process simulators, and other training aids. The Center has developed strong partnerships with public, private and government entities. The Center is led by partnerships comprised of private, public and government leaders that guide the center to:

• Maintain a library of "Best Practices" training and education to ensure programs meet industry's workforce needs.
• Provide clear education, career pathways and increase access for students and job seekers for entry into high skills high wage jobs in manufacturing.
• Create a competitive workforce pipeline to meet increasing manufacturing demands and support the economic future of Washington State.
